We're heading into the last 24 hours for ship nominations for the exchange, and we wanted to remind you of a few items:

  1. In order to fit the theme of "healthy polyamory" all members of a ship must be able to consent. This means they should be sentient beings who are capable of communication. By default, ships with animals or inanimate objects are ineligible.

  2. Your tags should be as specific as possible, including gender and/or race (or other identifier) if possible. We prefer tags with things like "Original Male Templar Character(s)" or "Original Female Elvhen Character(s)".

However, we do recognize that general tags (like "Original Character(s)") can be useful for when more than one gender or race/identifier is being requested.

"Others" is ineligible for the exchange. Please be more specific. Are these canon characters (please include which ones) or original characters?

The mods have had an unexpectedly busy week offline and weren't able to get our reminders out about when nominations were closing like we wanted to. We know how hard it can be to keep track of deadlines, so we've decided to extend the deadline for nominations until sign-ups open.

We will be closing nominations on Sunday, September 10, 2023 4:00 PM at the same time we are opening sign-ups.
